The new, to us, rooms on the courtyard-cum-car park are excellent - spacious, cool, well-appointed and unfussy. The spa-pool part of the hotel's title is aspirational. The facilities are still being built, so a refreshing swim on a hot June day was unavailable: 2012 they'll be ready, we were told..

A receptionist who chatted on the phone, making a client wait to pay. It was not a business call by the sound of it.

This hotel is a good base for touring Normandy. The room we had was a duplex with a sitting room and bathroom downstairs and bed upstairs. Unfortunately our room looked out onto a main road not the parking so was a little noicy. The tv was only french speaking channels. Would have been nice to have at least an English news Chanel. Breakfast was nice but only continental. Staff very friendly and all spoke English.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. I was particularly impressed with the large bathroom and the option to have a bath. And let's not forget the breakfast, which included delicious freshly pressed orange juice. This hotel truly offers amazing value for money.

The classify themselves as being a boutique hotel, which they are not. Somethingseems to be missing to make it a good feeling. However, for one night is was really fine. I did not like the duplex room, as if one needs to go to the bathroom at night, it is quite dangerous to wander down the stairs in the dark.
